You are the central point within the Business Unit, your main missions are the following:
- Interaction with visitors
- Interaction with Sales Managers
- Interaction with Administrative colleagues
- Participate in the administration of the customer ticketing system
- Participate in workshops to enhance your knowledge
System Engineer
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor al onze klanten en staat hen bij met hun IT Infrastructuur
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische support en opvolging van het netwerk bij onze klanten
- Je bent het persoonlijke aanspreekpunt voor infrastructuur problemen van onze klanten
- Je geeft support aan diezelfde klanten, telefonisch, remote of on-site
- Je zorgt voor installaties & configuraties bij klanten in Vlaanderen
- Je gaat regelmatig langs bij klanten voor interventies
Monitoring Expert
You are the expert that can help our PRTG customers with all the questions they have about the product.
- As an expert, you are the contact person for our PRTG clients
- As a consultant, you carry out PRTG installations/configurations.
- As a consultant, you advise customers about their PRTG installation
Sage ERP consultant
You are the expert that can help our Sage ERP customers with all the questions they have about the product.
- As an expert, Analyse the specific needs of the customer, and if needed draft a detailed analysis for customized software, which will be developed by our software development department
- As a consultant, you wil participate in the implementation & support of the financial modules in Sage 100 and Sage BOB and you assist the customer during the launch of the production phase of his ERP system
